Wheels on the right side stick out more than left...

Yeah so I have noticed this for a while on my truck, although I don't remember when it started. The right side wheels stick out about 3/4" more than the left side do.. Any explanation for this? It's really starting to bug me now..

you are body lifted. Possibly your cab is not on the frame square..along with the bed...and it only "appears" to sticking out farther.

that actually makes a lot of sense with the body lift.. and yeah i hope its not frame damage. how could i check if it was either of these?

well being you are body lifted i would go more with your not centered up.. loosen the bolts and adjust everything.. cab/bed over a little..
