Time for a lift? Other upgrades?

So I'm debating if I should put a small lift in my ranger. Its got 150K miles and I had to crank the T-bars up about an inch to keep it from sagging. If I cranked them back down to stock and put in keys and a leaf in the back, would it make much of a difference? I have 32" BFG KM2's on the truck now. Might upgrade to some 285s.

Also, I still have the original stock shocks on the truck. If I were to upgrade, what does everyone consider the best overall shock. Quality to Price. I don't want to spend a fortune, but would like some nicer quality shocks. Not just some cheap ones that will crap out in a year.

I also need a new valance. As you can tell from the picture, the one on the truck now is bolted on from the sides and screws underneath from the valance to the bumper. That was the work from the previous owner. I take it the best place to buy one will be off ebay?

Don't get aftermarket keys. Just crank your current keys.

You could always do a BL or spend some money and do the coilover conversion. Search on here, you'll find a few options.
