Evan try to avoid drilling holes in components unless you absolutely have to. Replacement parts are pretty expensive.

My Dads switch is to the right of the hood release just like the one above. I will be more then happy to help ya when I get home.

I was thinking of making a plate to go in the ash tray, since I don't use it anyway. It would have to be able to close and it would have to be able to handle 4 lights and maybe even more.

Cody I bought that at a Riders Hobby shop. They have different thickness of aluminum, stainless and brass. That is the stainless and it was a 4inx10in peice I started with.

Jacob (TheForce02) replaced the Explorer/Mountaineer wiper/washer switch with the 12v power point from the Ranger bezel.

well i got the k/c's installed today, but i didnt get the switch in place.
Bill (04lvl2) came buy and helped me.
I was trying to do like Dave did, but with diamond plate instead of black like he has, but i didnt have the write tools to cut the dimand plate nicely.
Im going to work on finishing up the switch this week.
Thanks for all the pix guys....and keep them comming, this is a good thread for other people looking to do the same as me.
