White LED's and how they affect your vision.

Anyone had any problems adjusting from the white LED's you are using for dome lights?

I have the ability to put three bulbs in my dome light..

I can put in two red LED's/Incandescent bulbs, and then a center white LED...

Or I could go all white, etc...

Any advice?

I'm still waiting to find that video software so I can upload my videos of my engine problem, lol.

You mean night vision? Like if you have the light on when you're driving?

Night Vision-

Time needed to adjust to see best in the dark, etc.

at night your rods in your eyes take about 30min to asjust to light and once there adjusted it can take alittle while to re adjust....Thats why you see red lights in cockpits of airplanes at night cuz your eyes adjust to it really quickly

Red lights are what police officerse use.

I'm going to do red in mine...or blue maybe.

It helps your eyes bigtime, I never believed it until I experienced it.
