Maybe not as cheap as ya'll.....but I got my '01 in '04 with 30,000 on the clock for 10k. At the time, the trucks bluebook was 16k. I consider mine 'cheap' for what it was and compared to all the other trucks that were for sale at the time. Shoot.....still a good deal to this day...30k for only 10k.

I think I got a good deal on mine, 2007 Level II w/52,000km(32000miles), Pioneer stereo, spray in liner, Trifold tonneau. I got it for $14K CDN 6 months ago The Canadian Black Book says it's trade-in value is $13,900 in poor condition and similar trucks in the trader last time I checked are going for $17-19K.

The most I have ever paid for a ranger was 1500. Ive even had a few for under 500. Of course they need work but its worth it.

I got my 95 4.0 for 3k...It only had 67K on the motor, less on the transmission, wheels, bed cut out, fully shaved, and a few engine mods...Not too cheap...but considering it already had a bunch done that I wanted done to it and I got it from a buddy that is willing to work on it anytime I need something...Id say that it was a damn good deal.

Cheapest car I ever got was back in 2005. I got a 1988 honda civic hatchback for $75, and all it needed was a brake master cylinder that I got for $2...Lasted like 5,000 miles before I spent $200 on wheels, stereo, euro lights and sold it for $1300. (got the wheels from a friend for cheap, had the stereo and found the lights at a junkyard)

I paid $400 for mine. Had to put about $100 or so in it to get it running. Even came with extra set of 18 inch wheels. Drove it for about a year and blew it up then swapped the 5.0 in it.

I paid 21,000 for my 2008 XLT. I got an instant 2,000 "cash back" discount from Ford, 4,000 for my trade in plus I had 3,000 to put down. I financed 12,000

MSRP was like 24,000 I think

14,300 for my truck in 05 with 35K miles from a Toyota lot. It was my first major purchase. Was that cheap? Lol. Over the years I have spent around $6000 to keep it on the road.

I bought my 2003 Ranger XLT in 2007 with 31,500 miles on it, for around $10,000. The dealer said new my truck would be priced at around $20,000. It was the nicest Ranger I found, and was amazed they were able to put a financing deal together for me.

So is $10,000 cheap ?? That depends on the quality of the vehicle....in my case, I've had over two years of trouble free service....dependable transportation, and a nice looking vehicle. It looks just as good as the day I bought it. So as far as I'm concerned I got a great deal.
