Why i hate honda civics and the idiots that drive them.....(carnage warning)
so not less than an hour ago .. i was pulling out of the parkinglot at school and out of no where this ******* in a black 2 door civic flys into me going atleast 25-30....needless to say carnage ensued.
side view:
my fender is bent to hell , corner light is smashed, headlight broke out of its brackets and is in the bed of my truck, billet is kinda bent up , decent dent in my hood .. and oh yea .. i had to use the towtrucks fat *** crowbar to bend my bumper back into place so i could drive my damaged girl home
front view:
somehow i dont think the tire is supposed to extend past the bumper... unless youve got a long travel, wich i dont
although i guess my ranger won in the fight .. his wheel broke off his axle.. his fender is non existant and the plastic bumper on his peice of **** is in pieces and his radiator has a nice 30 degree bend in it
this is the damage i just fixed in december from the last accident.. i guess my ranger loves having a smashed driver side ;/
AND i just got that new header panel and those lights and fender for xmas

Your retarded, if you rear end someone, you think all they have to say is that you werent paying attention?
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Res_ipsa_loquitur
IT IS WHAT IT IS!!!!!
But yea, if there is a stop sign you need to address that. By what you say you were turning and he "came out of nowhere" how many nowhere spots are in this parking lot.
You have to understand that these people will take one thing you say wrong and putt it up your butt.
Never say someone came out of nowhere, that says you werent paying attention. :D

Clearly the Honda's speed was a major factor. But in the end, that doesn't change the fact that the Ranger pulled out into the path of the Honda. The vehicle turning onto a road/isle/whatever has a clear responsibility to look both ways and yield the right of way to vehicles already on that road/isle/whatever. Even those vehicles that are speeding. Parking lot design can complicate this a bit. But based on his own description, I think he is clearly at fault. The Honda's speed simply made it worse.
