will a tune up fix this?

I have a 01 ranger with the 4.0 v6 that has an odd "miss"? in park, if I rev the engine it really breaks up at around 3 grand. Driving it seems to have all kinds of power, but as I get closer to around 90mph(I know I shoulsn't be driving that fast but I do like to clear the buildup every so often). Ran some sea foam through it a couple weeks back at seemed to help a little. Any ideas on what this might be?
Thanks in advance for your time and help.

There is a 3000 RPM rev limiter in Neutral or Park and a 92 MPH speed limiter. What you're seeing is normal and a tune up will not change it at all.
