question about a buddies ranger

my buddy has a 2000 XLT 2WD and wants to buy my 32x11.5's will these fit his without rubbing or needing a tbar crank?? Just slap them on and he is good? I wanted to get a definate answer. I told him it would be fine maybe a crank. I just want to make sure before we make a deal? Help me out again please?!!?

XLT 2wd has coil springs and there is no t-bars. he cant fit those tires unless he puts a body lift or spindle lift on...

why not just get a spacer for the front? It would be tight and probably rub if he flexed though.
