Would you rather own an ext. cab ranger
or a regular cab f150 long bed..



I would rather own a ranger. Although fullsizes are great I like to have that extra room in the back of the cab.

 

Ext cab, I could never drive a regular cab truck.

 

I had a 92' F-150 standard cab, 8 ft bed. Although I miss the 8 ft bed, I will never own a standard cab again. My extended cab ranger does everything I need it to do right now, even though I would love a 1 ton diesel.

extended ranger. idk if my next truck will be another extended ranger, but 4x4, or a true four door full size.

 

Yea I would never own a regular cab. I love my ext cab 4 door.

 

Hmm, hard choice. I guess extended cab Ranger but would rather have full size extended cab. I cant fit in the back of an extended cab Ranger. I have regular cab Ranger right now and it is tight. I am a big dude to fit in a small truck.

 

I would get an f150... or a dodge ram :-)

 

f-150, throw a tool box in the back for storage and ride.

I owned an 01 Chevy 2500 single cab long bed 4x4. Ugly as hell. I'll never own one again. Looks like a ***** on wheels. I also owned an extended cab short box F-150. It was nice but burned too much gas. I love my ranger now.

 

What did you do to that chevy to make it look like that.

 

funny question, the family has an 85 f250 long bed and while its great when i need the tow capacity or to haul a lot of stuff, i would hate to own and gass up that beast, 9 mpg at its finest, last time i borrowed it to do a 300 mile trip it cost me $130 in gas!

 

Ext. cab Ranger I had a company F-150 reg cab long bed, it was good for work, but not personal use.

 

yea i ride in single cab f-series trucks all day at work too.

 

I would rather have a regular cab one fiddy. Cause its a full size. But I most likely won't own another regular cab ranger. I might for my long travel project but I don't want to.

 

Regular cabs suck unless it's a work truck.

I like ext cabs solely for the purpose of extra storage, and that you can recline your seat all the way back. Try sleeping in the cab of a std cab truck with a console. Doesn't work too well, especially in a B2200 lol

 

Even if they are a work truck.

I will NEVER buy a regular cab again.

 

go have a look at one. They come out of the factory looking like a *****... on wheels.

 

the only way id drive a longbed is if it was lifted and pushing at least 40 inches. if not ill take my ext cab anyday.

 

i hate my standard cab, an extended cab would be so nice. but i need a full size truck also for work, so its a toss up.

really i wouldn't care, i would adjust to either.
