slow down some...steady the hands a little more..lean against something and drag your hand while you make the bead

Don't point the welder straight down either....slight angle.....also, if you can stand your part up then try welding from the top down.....thats how I get my best welds

plus you get better gas flow and your pushing your heat which means more penetration

i did these nothing major...i need some new metal to weld on i found out why i have so much splatter that being because i had the heat to high..its supposed to sizzle like bacon in a frying pan and thats what i achieved on a few welds..

I love the welder...just got to get the welds perfect then i will be even happier with it...

have you overloaded it yet?

since you are running on 115 the duty cycle is kinda low.

how is the plug connected on the welder? like how it converts to each plug.

i know you are a pic *****. post a ton of pictures of the unit. you can email or pm me if u like.

i havent overloaded it yet...but iam running 220 now..those last pics i posted was on 220..

turn your wire speed down some! like run it if ya got a miller run it at around 14 with 1/2 the volted cranked lays flat as hell just like butter!
