Turn signals and hazards stopped working

I checked the fuse and its ok and I guess there's something called a flasher that I can't find any help would be great...99 ford ranger v6 3.0 2wd

There are two fuse boxes on our trucks one in the dash on the drivers side and one under the hood on the drivers side. I think the flashers are in the one under the hood

Thanks but it was the flasher..it's under the drivers side dash.its a yellow square you pull it apart and there's a relay inside..16 bucks at auto zone and I'm all fixed !!
