That's what I told him. Not much that can really be done sadly.

HA!! nothing i can do about it? you guys under estimate!! it's only about a 5hr drive for me to there....compared to what im used to drivin for work that's a drive across town!! I hope he responds so i dont have to show up at his doorstep to discuss the matter face to face. I would like to think that its an honest mistake and he's gonna make right on it, and i am goin to give him the chance to do so!!

May seem like a stupid question, but did you keep the box he sent it in? It will have his address on it. For that matter, did anyone else who actually got there stuff from him keep the box for his address? Did you pay with paypal? I archive my transactions and you should be able to look up his email addy and maybe get some information about him.

Ya, I guess not. I usually keep boxes I receive crap in because you never know the size or shape of something you might be shipping out. I have a garage full of boxes.

Hey guy's gotta a response..hopefully he's gonna be a stand up guy about it here's the response i got and the one i sent back...

yessick wrote:
ya whats the ordeal exactly i dont get on too often if you havent noticed just lemee know in full detail and what i can do to help you resolve the problem and well work something out

my response:
Thanks!! lol the problem is i was sold the programmer (xcal3) as a unlocked unit. I paid $300 for it and i coulda bought a new one for a lil over $400. since it was sold as a unlocked unit i figured the other $115 with bamachips would'a put me there anyway's lol!! SO when i went to bamachips doug pulled it up and it was still locked (married) to your truck. Now it has to go to SCT tune's to be unlocked for $150 and then the other $115 for the tunes through bamachips. So now im in it for $565!! LOL!! SO i figured gettin the $150 back from the $300 that i gave would make it even and fair. Like i said before i dont think it was an intentional thing, just something that happened. Thanks for your cooraperation in this matter!! here's my number if you need to call or txt ##########...Thanks again!!
