A few buddies and I went out to Elsinore and found a big *** mud hole to play in. It was the first time I attempted to use my suspension. I'm hopefully getting my Deavers tomorrow. They are giving me 50% off because they kept promising they would have them in and never got them. Plus my dad's friend is good friends with the guy over there so I got hooked up. Once I get my stuff set up we should get some guys together and go out. I'm always lookin for people who want to go out for the day. Doesn't matter where we go just as long as im on dirt.

lets not lift a 2wd and buy a 4wd =] and then lift it.. i do like pre runners though which i havent seen many of on here.. but it seems kinda wasteful to lift a 2wd IMO but hey what do i know i need 4wd.

Whats wrong with lifting your 2wd truck. Bigger tires so you need more clearence. You don't need 4wd anyways. 4wd is for people that don't know how to drive a 2wd. A 2wd in mud with a locker is just as good as a open diff 4wd.

how about a 2wd in 2 feet of powder on a hill?????

i dont know about that.. i use my 4wheel in the winter not heavily but enough for added traction obviously because 2wd slips. i do like pre runners though.. hehe..

2wd has its pluses but lifting just seems like alot of money to spend on a 2wd..

Most I've been in is 8 inches, I've only been up where it snows for one winter though. My little 2wd open diff never let me down.
