02 Ford Ranger 2.3 41k... I have some help!

Allright, I've had this for some months now.. already put 10,000 miles on it. Was first used for landscaping. Did very well. Now during winter is being used as my pizza delivery vehicle. Its doing very well and with my new rear tires. Gripping the snow very well for 2wd.

Things i have done, 31's, 3" body lift. New rear shocks. (need to replace front), New diff fluid, and U-Joint. I had the recall done on it too. And the obvious oil changes and such.

I have been experiencing some problems lately. One, i have been hearing this for awhile. When I'm in idle. It seems my exhaust will sometimes make this sound. Its like its shaking really fast. Rattling really fast. Kinda sounds annoying and i want to get rid of it. Thinking it may be cat, not sure..

Another problem that started today. My anti locks were starting to act funny. I would be on a perfectly dry road and brake, the car would think it would be sliding.. Making my pedal hard and that anti lock sound. Now, this did this for awhile.. On and off. Now when i got home. my ABS light came on, and i suddenly didn't have anti locks at all. I could hold the brake down on snow and slide without the anti locks working.. The ABS light comes on every other time i have the car running. I know they come on randomly with snow and such.. But i already had it come on earlier in the winter. It did not do this then. This now seems like a problem. I will keep you posted on if this goes away.

Any help with my random exhaust noise or my ABS would be really appreciated.

The sound might be a heat shield rattling.
