06+ Mirror Question

06+ Mirror Question
I am looking to replace my 01 mirrors with the 06 mirrors. Will the powered 06 mirrors connect with the 01 powered mirrors? Or do I need to splice the wires to connect them? Thanks!

The connectors are different but the color codes are the same.
