'08 Bulb question

Been running LEDs on my 2008 for awhile now, but I've discovered that my tail light LEDs are flickering on some diodes, others completely out. I've run them less than a year, and unless I've got the side markers on, whenever I signal (or step on the brake pedal) all of my lights (sidemarkers, license, and tail) illuminate along with the instrument cluster lights. In the case of signalling without the side markers switched on, they'll flash as if I had engaged my hazards.

I'm running Pilot LEDs in amber (front turn), white (backup), and red (tail). As they're CANBUS, should I be running non CANBUS LEDs? Trying to sort this issue out, as it's completely stumped me, and I've tried searching regarding the issue. Be it in the manual (which doesn't make mention of CANBUS for the 2008), these forums, or others from the web. Any/all help in addressing this issue before I replace the glitchy tail bulbs would be helpful.
