12v constant wire, which one to tap?

12v constant wire, which one to tap?
on a 2000 Ranger would the 12v accessory outlet or the cigaretter lighter wire be used for a 12v constant wire tap?

The cig lighter should be constant power. I believe the Aux power outlet is ign switched and only rated for 5 amps or less.
