I just got a 1989 ford ranger 2wheel drive single cab with a 2.3l automatic. I need a new ecu but the previous owner had replace it and i am not sure the part number i have is the correct one. how can i verify that part number and see what else can i use. the part number for the ECU is E9TF-12A650-C2A. another question what do the last 3 digits mean? any assistance will be greatly appreciated.
