1999 ranger 3.0 flex fuel, check engine light came on

I gave a friend a jump start this morning now my check engine light is on. checked the code at Autozone and it said #4 sparkplug is bad? I pulled the plug and it looks almost new? anyone have any suggestions? coil ?

the guy at Autozone checked it and ony said #4 spark plug was bad. Im going to Oreilys in the morning to have them check it
