Icon4 HELP! Guages not working!

I just replaced my instrument cluster lights and when i put everything back together, my gauges weren't working. Did I skip a step? I put all 3 connectors back in the back of the panel but still nothing. The lights and turn signal indicators work, but gauges don't budge =[

you pushed the needles on too tight....

pull the cluster, take your knife or fork and loosen them up a little bit. you should be good to go. at least, that's my first guess.

I recently pulled my cluster out and it didn't work. I swapped a different cluster i had and it worked.

My problem was corrosion on the cluster contacts. For those that pull these check them. If you see green spots clean them up with a fine grit sand paper or scotch brite.
