2005 ecm
2005 ecm
Hello ,
I am wanting to put a 2002 sohc 4.0 in my 84 bronco ii and switch it to a manual transmission . Can I buy a 2005 ecm for a standard transmission and use it on the 2002 engine because the bronco ii doesn’t have passive anti theft system ? Is the m505 the strongest tranny available for direct bolt in . I won’t be going off roading . I had a 84 yrs ago with the Toyo Kogyo tranny and it never gave me any trouble . Did I get lucky or is it an ok street transmission .
thanks guys your a great resource here !
