I can confirm what beard said on a 2004 edge. I have it and no white lights come on.

it's funny you bring this up though. I was following a Chevy truck this evening and the cargo light was on while it was cruising 70 down the interstate.

beard has an 03, which was pre-wired of cargo lights, 04+ arent, unless they have a cargo light.

you need to splice it off your dome light.

i think its been posted before

Scott is right, if you have a mustang domelight you can use that wire as well.

funny you say that, I saw a Silvarado with a RECON brake light and when he mashed the brake all the lights (even the white LEDs) came one... do the rangers w/o cargo lights do that too?

no cody just brakes..flip the dimmer switch up and you get white..

so i need to get a jumper wire and figure out what wire triggers the cargos..and tape into that for my dimmer which will be ran to my headliner for my stang dome light..

seems easy

thanks guys!
