bad connection on battery terminals the new End Zone the cables went to crank the truck spend spend spend I'm getting fire I'm getting fuel will not train check relays on my injection relay there's no ground I'm getting fire on every wire I don't know what's going on I'm the mechanic I can feel my way through some stuff for just this trumps me I need some help

Spray gasoline or Starting Fluid(ether) into the intake and try to start engine
If it starts then you have spark, if it doesn't then you DO NOT have spark....at least at the right time.
TFI Module issue was usually spark problem, they can be tested for free at most parts stores.
Also test compression, pull out 1 spark plug and crank engine over, should hear a nice loud WHOOSH out that hole

If engine starts by adding fuel manually and then dies, spark is good but no fuel from injectors.
Turn key on and off a few times and listen for the fuel pumps, 1987 has TWO fuel pumps
You can hear them in the cab, turn down the radio.

On the engine is a fuel pressure test port, on the passenger side of upper intake manifold, looks like a tires air valve, because that is what it is, a Schrader Valve, and works the same way.
After cycling the key on and off a few times, press pin in on the test port, should be 30psi pressure in there, so watch out, it can spray a long ways.
No pressure?
Could be time for new fuel pumps
