09 Ranger: Left turn signal not working (Buzzing)

So the other morning I pull up to an intersection to make a left. When I put on my signal, I hear a loud buzzing sound. Hen I looked at the dash I saw the left signal was constantly lit. When the signal goes off so does the dash light and the noise ends. The right signal has no problems, haven't tried the hazards yet.

I haven't had time to check fuses or relays, but it sounds like more of a multi-switch issue.

Any insight on what it could be and how I would go about fixing it are greatly appreciated.

Thanks
