Turn signals flashing too fast

Not a Ranger, but my Dad's Five Hundred. He said today that his turn signals begain flashing faster than normal. There are no bulbs burnt out, and it does it with the left signal, right signal and hazard lights. Anyone know what else to look for?

I know corrosion in the socket can cause something similar, but I can't see that being the problem when it's going it on both sides of the car.

I would check the rear bulbs connection at the socket, just to rule that out, even though they work. Did those cars have issues with the SJB getting wet causing issues?

I see that you say no bulbs are burnt. But, aren't those two-filament bulbs? They work when brake lights and turn lights are on... I would double-check and see if one of those filaments is broken causing the fast flashing...

I would say a short or something or a relay bad somewhere.

+1 on checking all the bulbs & sockets, there could be a little corrosion down in the socket causing a short.
The flasher relay may be going bad, but I'd suspect that it would flash once then stop rather than flashing fast.
