ABS / BRAKE LIGHT STAYS ON

I know I am starting a new thread about an old topic.I am new to The Ranger Forum,my BIL gave me his truck to fix it for him because he was fed up with it. 2004 Ranger Edge 3.0 had a MIL on and he could not get tags in Tennessee like that so I saw that he had the old misfire codes Ford is notorious about in the 3.0 Vulcan engine. I pulled the heads and had my speedshop put hardseats in the exhaust valves and it runs great now. BUT>>> after firing it back up now I have a constant ABS/BRAKE light on. all fuses are new. I tested the rear VSS first and it was kind of iffy so for $13 I replaced it. I pulled the front rotors and VSS both sides and cleaned all very good. All brakes are good.Tested front VSS with ohm meter 1.08 ohms on or off the truck same with wheel spinning.I have removed both + and - cables off the battery and clamped them together for 20 minutes to reset PCM. the brake demon is still there...hoping someone here knows something.. What next?

Check your brake Fluid level in the master cylinder. If its low it will trigger that light on your dash.

I used a siphon to draw out all the old black nasty fluid and refilled it with new DOT 3

UPDATE.... Ranger Steve,I stopped by O'Reillys auto parts this afternoon and had them plug in their scanner that reads ABS codes. It showed 0 codes on the truck at all.. so now I am thinking I must have pinched a wire in a harness somewhere while changing out the heads.. what do yall think?
