Body mount bushings

I've noticed recently my bed and cab were not lining up the same on both sides and only just decided to really look and see what was up. i had a wreck a while back so I don't know if maybe this caused it.

But I can see the body mount bushing on one side compressed more than on the other. one is bulging out and one isn't at all.

So I guess... I need to replace them? I'm guessing also it's probably best to do them all (bed/cab) at the same time.

Is this an issue that is to be expected (42k miles) or is it probably a result of the accident? hard to replace? I assume the process is similar to a body lift.

This is gonna sound like a stupid question... but do you have a lot of weight on that side? I would say it's not normal... but they don't look to be damaged or weathered.

Your correct in thinking its not really normal. however those may be dealer only items.
To me, they don't look that bad but it may have been from your accident that its leaning like so.
Have you measured the mounts? have you also looked at other possibilities?
