Clutch Interlock?

The last week or so, when i go to start my truck every once and a while nothing happens when i turn the key, so i figured it was the clutch interlock or a bad connection to the starter. a few mins ago i took sandpaper and cleaned up the pigtail and the main connection to the starter and checked all the wiring and everything seemed just fine. i started it a bunch of times and it work great so i think i fixed it. just out of curiosity i was wondering where the interlock is so i can double check that.

Thanks, CH

There is a clutch pedal position switch under the dash. It fits around the clutch push rod and has a 6-position plug. The clutch switch has a number of functions, one of which is the starter interlock.
