ABS light came on

not really sure if this is the right place to post this but the other day leaving work my abs light came on i figure just a faulty sensor.. anyways it was on the next day went to my girlfriends left there and when i started up the truck to leave it was off... when i started the truck again after that it was on and has been on since... anyone kno of any known issues with the abs system, my guess is its the sensor, i havent tried reseting the ecu yet but any ideas would be great...

The rear speed sensor tends to go bad. Its about 20 bucks and install on the top front center of the diff.

The abs system needs a special scanner to pull codes. Meaning dealer usually.

IMHO, disconnect the computer and swap out the rear abs sensor. The computer needs to be reset to clear codes. If you the light comes back on you will need all the codes to be current.
