ABS light on and I can't turn the speed up on my blower motor

Hey guys,

My ABS light is on and I can't turn the speed up on my blower motor that goes to my heat and A/C. If you check out my project thread you'll have a pretty good idea of what I did.
I took my truck into a shop today to get the rear exaust put on and I had them check out the two other issues. They said that they're pulling up 9 trouble codes and I have no ideal why because I transferred everything from my red cab and front clip to my black cab and front clip. I put the whole dash from the red truck into my black truck and I also put the fuse box wiring harness that goes all the way around the front clip in there too. So I don't see how there can be any issues. I even put the 4X4 ABS box under my hood. My only guess is that some air might have gotten into the ABS system.
I would really appreciate it if someone could help me diagnose this problem.

Thanks,

Brian

2wd 4wabs and 4wd 4wabs are different.

The 4wd trucks run a module on the back half the frame that measures motion. So that it knows if the truck is moving and the brakes are locked. You will need that back half harness, I think its the fuel pump harness and the "g switch".

Starting in 2001 model year, RABS was discontinued on all Rangers and a newer version of 4WABS became standard. This newer version does not have the separate G-force Acceleration Module.

Hey guys, I also seem to be having an ABS problem. My lights been on for about a week now, but heres the backstory you probably should know.
When i bought the truck the light was on 24/7 and i thought the sensor had gone bad, This truck is old style and has one sensor in the top of the Rear end. so i replaced it with a brand new sensor. Light was still on. So then i went to the ABS module and found that the wires leading to it had corroded out and needed to be replaced, so i did that and that finally shut the light off. that was a while ago. every once and a while it would come on for no reason, or when it was heavy rain. but if you locked the brakes up and forced the ABS to kick in, the light would go off. last week (after the big snow) it came on after i used ABS (not on purpose) a few times.
Anyone else got some ideas? casue i'm all out.

I guess you didn't see my project thread ... lol
I used the 4X4 frame aka rolling chassis ... but I'll still check it out to see if any wires got cut or pulled apart.

It wasn't linked here and I wasn't able to find it. Granted I didn't look to hard.

How would I put a link to my project thread in here?

I don't know if it would make any difference, but I used my 2WD master cylinder/ brake booster.
They both look identical, so I don't think it would make a difference.

You need to get the codes pulled to figure out the issue with the ABS.

Ok, I'll get the codes pulled ... hopefully it won't cost a fortune.

Last time I got a code pulled it was 80 bucks, now its about 100.

Post the codes here I am sure someone can help you with them, I dont have the 04+ manuals so I don't know if I can.
