Ad-A-Cruise?

My 2011 XLT does not have a cruise-control. FORD says my truck does not have the computer recognition to install a FORD cruise.

Is there a cruise out there that other Ranger fans have found satisfactory?

Seems like a lot of people run the Rostra brand units on a lot of different vehicles.. Look up some different models and the reviews on them.
