Adding Cruise Control to 2002 - Need VSS Wire Location

Adding cruise control to my 2002 Ranger that is not prewired for it. Where can I tap into the VSS signal for the cruise servo? Should be a grey/black wire. I've done this in the past on my 1999 but can not remember where I tapped into it at. Can be under the hood but preferably in the cab so its out of the elements. Any help is appreciated.

Only place in the cab will be at the back of the instrument cluster
12 pin connector, pin 1 grey/black wire as said

Might be one on GEM, pin 14, but was for Cruise so..................

And if its a 4x4 then 4x4CM would also have it
All grey/black wires

Speed signal comes from the computer in engine bay in 2001 to 2003, pin 68
Transmission has an OSS sensor staring in 2001, computer converted that 30,000ppm signal to output an 8,000ppm signal to speedo, GEM, cruise and 4x4

In 2004-2011 its digital
