Aight so after three years I have decided to look at an aftermarket keyless entry system. I worked at Circuit City for over a year and can still get my discount with a couple of the managers so I will probably buy one from them. These are the two I am looking at:

The first is a simple Keyless Entry System:

$69.99

The Second one is a keyless entry and a simple alarm:

$59.99

I am assuming name brand is the reason that the more functional system is cheaper. But I dont really have a need for an alarm seeing as how my stereo is stock aside from a well hidden subwoofer. And on top of that Ford has the AntiTheft blinky light that deters most people right off...

Just hit me with your opinions...

i would go with the alarm because even though you dont have an expensive stereo it would suck for you truck to be broken into and have anything stolen whereas if you had the alarm you might have heard it go off and caught someone

Go with an alarm.. i was in the same situation.. wasnt sure what i wanted.. i just had my alarm put in by circuit city a week and a half ago.. and i love it.
