Airbag Code 3-2
I've got a 95 Ranger with a driver only airbag. The airbag code is 3-2, does anyone know what this means and how to fix it?

Here is some 95 Mustang info. It says that code 32 means an open circuit to the airbag and that is most likely caused by a broken clockspring. I can't guarantee that a 95 Ranger uses the same codes as a 95 Mustang. However, if your horn also doesn't work, the clockspring is a good suspect.

The horn still works. I've searched the forum and noticed that if the horn and the cruise do not work it is most likely the clock spring.
I washed the truck this weekend and found out after the power wash that the window was down, just ever so slightly, and the dash was wet. Do you think that the water got into the clock spring. Would this cause it to fail? |
went for quick test drive, cruise does not work. Does this sound like the clockspring?

Thanks for the help, I hope its the clockspring, I'd hate to change a part if it is still good.
