I'm hittin the mark very soon and i'm curious of much ya'll payed for their 30k service. Here's the summary of the quote I got from them:

Parts: 174.21
Labor: 170.95
Supplies: 20.46
Sub: 365.62
Tax: 25.60
Total: 391.22

It be less since I already changed my air filter. However prices are subject to change w/o notice the usual lol. Any info is great thanks, Cliff

I paid about the same from the Ford dealer here on 54. I've known the Service guys for a while and they took off stuff that Ford adds to pad the bill. Came out to around $400. The induction cleaning and fuel filter are what add a lot of time and labor. The flush is usually done by a machine while the mechanic takes a break.

I've had big time issues with TiresPlus when they fixed my wife's old car. They screwed up the brake system druing a routine fix, then charged me $400 to fix the vibration it caused. Totally misdiagnosed their own fault, and didn't care that I was charged to fix something that wasn't broken. I ended up filing a claim with BBB, but they didn't care (or respond to BBB). All their stores are independantly owned so there is no "next level" that you can take your claim to. If the local manager won't help you, then you're SOL. Just my experiance, but some people love the place.

I just got mine done 2 days ago at the Plus. It was $280 but added $79.95 for the Ever-Wear 3-step Fuel Induction. Only that was recommended while everything was top notch. Came to $371.** which was less than the quote. I sat around 2.5 hours, the fun part lol.

Sorry to hear about your problems there. I don't think all were bad. The one off McMullen Booth and 590 was really good, my dad has his and my sister's car done there plenty.

That's cool. The one up by me used to be good, but management changed and it went downhill. That's why I try to stick with the dealers, because they all have to report to the manufacturer. At least you can complain to someone higher up. They may not listen, but at least you can try :)
