Clicking when I take my key out

Clicking when I take my key out

So, I went to change the battery in the Ranger out, went to start it, nothing, when I turned the truck to the off position i heard rapid clicking going on and it wouldn't stop, whats going on, why isnt the truck starting and how much more am I looking at to fix the pile of crap?

sounds like a dead battery.
but you said its doing it after you turn the key off so im not sure.

stick with the bronco man lol i keep blowing head light fuses so im with the pile of crap thing right now anyways

make sure the connections are nice and tight either they are lose or the battery is dead

Connections are tight, and I'm gunna run the battery back tomorrow to have it checked. Too tired of dealing with it now anyway.

Chris, I've actually been thinking about dumping the Ranger and buying another Bronco. Problem with that is finding a lower mileage Bronco for the same price I'd get for turn around for the Ranger. Also, my Bronco's beyond DD status at this point.

yea there hard to find in good shape, we bought ours from an older guy who lived by himself and he never had it out much it sat in a garage for about 3 years
