body lift = elimination of stock towhooks OR cutting of valence OR making new bracketry and make the hooks work with the bodylift. Putting Fx4 Knuckle style hooks required triming of the valence even in stock form.

NEVER a chain.....a recovery strap.

and only offered on the top of the line model for only 4 years. the rarity makes 'em bamf.

they are stainless not chrome.

why do people prefer them? because they are a J design meaning you can slip on a strap with out "tieing" it to the hook it will accept it.

slip the strap to it, done. no extra bs like a shackle to deal with. quick easy fast tugs if needed.

i like my tow hooks on my FX4 ;]

makes it way easy to hook up a strap or a tow hook.

The hardest part i find is finding the recovery point on the other vehicle.
