A/C Mod Help

I have a 2008 ranger with the 2.3 and 5 speed.
When I went to do the mod my colour of the wires don't match up with any of the write ups.
Pin 1 : Green w/purple stripe
Pin 2 : Green w/red (or orange) stripe
Pin 3 : Green w/purple stripe
Pin 4 : Purlple w/green stripe

Any help would be appreciated as I don't want to cut the wrong wire.

Cheers
Paul

I'm think he wants to add a switch so he can run the ac when he wants to. By this I mean that sometimes you just want to put it in recirculate mode but you can't in our trucks unless you switch it to max ac.

For 2007~2008: Interrupting the green/orange from the HVAC selector switch will disable the A/C compressor.

For 1995~2006: Interrupting the solid purple from the HVAC selector switch will disable the A/C compressor.
