Another ABS light post...

Got my ball joints and tie rod ends replaced. My mech. said he also inspected and "re-packed" the wheel bearings. Picked it up from the shop and now my ABS light is on and stays on. What happen?

1 The sensors got dirty when the job was done and need cleaning.
2 He overpacked the wheel bearings and did not get them tight enough when he reinstalled them.
3 The sensor cables were either pulled too hard and damaged or the plugs on the cables are damaged or not connected correctly.

I would let the mechanic know and asked what they did. If you went in with it not on, then it should leave like that.
