Not sure I get what is wrong in the video
Can you explain it?
when you turn on the key, all the lights should go on, that's a bulb test nothing more, so you can see if a bulb is burned out
Then some go out, battery light and CEL will stay on
Almost all the dash warning lights are ground activated, so ground issue cause all sorts of problem
And like with any thing that electric, unplug it from power, and then plug it back in
So disconnected the battery, for 5 minutes, then hook it back up
That will reset most of the modules and computers

Okay if I sit in car with key fob in my hand and hit the unlock botton the engine light comes on for a little or until I start the car .. very odd .. also when I start the car the engine light is on along with gas cap light and oil light all which test out fine and a few seconds after car is started the brake light comes on but she. Put in drive that goes away shortly after .. the three constantly on in engine light oil light and gas cap light .. but the engine light goes out when I put the headlights on .. in the video the car is started And I’m switching the headlights on and off which turns engine light off I tested for codes and it pulls no codes

The CEL and headlight switch thing looks to be a fairly common issue on the Taurus, read here for the fix: https://www.taurusclub.com/forum/82-...-scenario.html

I would imagine the gas cap and oil light issue would also be that same connector on the cluster
You should always change the back light bulbs when cluster is out, they are not expensive and a pain when they go out
