i don't know for sure, but there should be wiring right behind the switch, or it might already be plugged into your existing switch... my mustang's fog light wires were coiled up behind the spedo area, but it was a stand alone switch...

That looks much better. As for the relay, if you can't get one that works, you can always wire in your own- it will probably be cheaper as well.

ya, i'm just curious as to the bulb that makes it glow... i want to change mine to blue but need to know what bulb it is

are you getting power to your switch? are you getting power to your relay? do you have the fuse installed? there is probably an empty spot on the fuse pannel

according to my owners manual i have the fuse and relays in te right spot everythings getting power but not at the lights so tommorow im wiring up my own relay to the factory switch to make em work. i will take the switch apart for you tomorrow and see what bulb is in there.

still have a issue even with the silverstars they arnt very bright I dont think they are getting a full 12 volts what could cause that?

I have 12volts coming out of the switch going to the relay 14 guage wire. . the 12v constant is 10guage from the battery to the relay. ground from the relay to the fender is 14guage. and 14guage to the gray/black wire going into the the passenger side light.

How many volts are at the light? Do you have a meter to check?

getting 12v everywhere. would a weak ground cause the lights not to be very bright?

yes, it could, but i would THINK that it would cause a voltage drop... if your wires aren't significant size to supply the wattage you need, it could cause the lights to be dim, however, i would expect that it would become very hot and burn through in short order...

so they are the little flat LED's eh?

think its because of how they are wired from the factory ina loop? im going to wire them individually in the morning with a power and ground to each bulb. the wire i used is 14 guage to the bulb nothings getting hot or warm.
