Was looking the other day too see why i only have 3 out of 4 settings on my hvav fan speeds, soo I instantly thought of changing my resistor, I went under the hood today too check it out, and the resistor isn't even plugged in, and the factor plug is cut off and just has clips on the 4 individual wires, but they aren't even plugged into the resistor either, any reason that this would have been unplugged by the previous owner, I know it's not good for the blower motor too have the resistor unplugged.
