I have read several posts on the blower motor resistor. I understand the resistor has been used on several years.models and is prone to failure. What I haven't found is a better solution to replacing it. In my 2002 Ranger, the blower works fine and no signs of burnt wires, overheating, etc. The nichrome coils all are fine but the thermal fuse goes out. Anyone else having similar issues with the resistor?
