brake lights coming on

ABS and red brake light come on after driving a tad, could be 200ft or 5 miles.
The cooler it is outside, the longer I can drive before they come on.
ABS light has been on solid for a year or so, now comes one at the same time as red light.

Brake pads look fine.

Any ideas on what to check or where to start?

Doesn't belong in Engine section, sorry about that. Can a mod move to tech?

The Red dash brake light is connected to the E-brake pedal switch and to the Master cylinders fluid level sensor

The E-brake pedal has a 2 wire switch close to firewall, unplug it, turn on the key and see if Red brake light is off, and stays off, drive it as need to see

If Red light still comes on then its the fluid level sensor in the engine bay on the master cylinder
Unplug it and clean the connector, should be 3 wires, obviously make sure fluid level in Master is full, plug it back in

See if red light stays off now

If so plug back in the E-brake switch and see if Red light still stays off

The Yellow ABS light should come on if Red Brake light stays on while driving, that's normal
Yellow ABS light being on after a few minutes of driving, with NO Red brake light, means a problem with ABS system, it resets each time key is turned off

The lights magically turned themselves off. Then on after a 40 mile trip. Then off when I gassed up.

Now the blinkers are turning my radio off for a split second. Hope my baby isn't dying.

Found the blinker problem.
