brake problem

ok today i went to drive my truck(parents not home) and i disengaged the e brake and it would not move. the truck would lurch forward but wouldnt go. i pumped the brakes checked the e brake it looks like it dissengages but i engaged and dissengaged 20 times and it still wont move somebody please please help

Lube the parking brake cable with some penetrating oil. You'll notice the cover over the cable is just a tight coil of wire so that you can do this every year so the cable won't get stuck.

well that worked out good. thanls so much. i hit it the first time with wd40 and one wheel broke free adn then hit the other one and it worked great. thank you so much.
