ok...so i just realized that i don't have a jack(i replaced the jack) or the spare tire remover thingy...is there any other way i can remove the spare tire? (i have an '03 ranger edge reg. cab 2x4)

 

I left the last piece of my spare tire remover thingy in a friends car and then she traded it in. WTF!!

So I took a piece of rod and grinded it down to like a flathead so it fits in the spare tire letter downer thing. lol

Anything long and flat on the end should work.

 

if you just want to pull it off run by discount tire and they should be able to drop it for you real quick. if you want something to carry in your truck i wouldn't think you would have a problem finding one for sale somewhere
