Very frustrated installed a new hitch and the factory towing package wires supplied to the trailer plug connector was corroded ( used truck bought @ auction 2002 ranger 3L 4x2 automatic ) cut old plug off to install new one but there is no power to the green passenger side TL, Ground is good, Left TL which is Yellow in the factory towing package wires works, the Brown in the factory towing package wires works also, the green Does Not, I pulled fuse inside car OHM out Good, pulled fuse under hood OHM good, even tried replacing relay no luck, I even traced wires to under carpet under drivers seat and OHM to rear wire good. I do not have a book nor a schematic to find where that wire goes. If anyone has heard of this before Please let me know going on 3 days of tracing with little success. Would like to add the normal operation of taillights, turn signals, brake light all work as they should its the tow wires that I'm having trouble with.
