Is there any upgradeable altanators out there for the 4.0l? i am haveing problems with my lights dimming with the upgraded lighting harness and sounds system. i also have the optima yellow top battery as the main battery. i need help so bring on the suggestions

The Tremors come with a higher output alternator. Going through a dealer would probably be a lot of $, but I'm sure you could get one from a parts store for less.

but anyways does anyone know the oputput of the Tremor alternators is?

yes there is a 200 amp alternator.

Regular is 95amp (at 2000rpm not idle)
Tremor is 110 (I think)
You can find a 80amp idle/200 amp max easily

Or there is a guy on ebay that sells a ton of remanufactured ones.

Try a red top optima instead.

Yeah the red top will work better unless you are deepcycling your battery such as running a winch or something like that.
