Air conditioning stinks for a few seconds when I turn it on. Any suggestions?

 

When was the last time the cabin filter was changed?

 

get a can of Frigid-Fresh from local car dealer, like Toyota.

 

Thanks. The new filter dam and the smell and I still noticed it. The smell only occurs the first few seconds and mostly when I turn the truck on (without shutting off the AC the last time I drove).

Seems like there’s mildew in the system.
