here is my issue i have 2 trucks both 98 2.5 4 bangers stick shift cheap seats
truck a has a blown engine and i mean hole in the oil pan and ok cab bad bed truck from east coast so federal emission yay.
truck b had crappy cab everything else is great with only 67000 miles on it california emission bummer i have two options swap enigine transmission from truck b in to truck a 9 hrs of labor or i can swap the cab from truck a and put it on truck b which i want to do my concern is how does california dmv and stuff get involved since i want to keep my truck a federal emissions
